My name is Kevin Green and I work with business leaders to design and implement their ideal business culture. I liken myself to a life coach for the business.

To be honest, I fell backwards into consulting. Throughout my 20 year military career I was in various leadership roles and found they sparked my passion more than any job. After getting a MS in Organizational Leadership, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, I was still searching for my niche.

Through a few years of trial and error in various roles, I started working with my wife in her dental practice. Although she was already a successful dentist, I found multiple avenues to train her and her staff in leadership, how to streamline business processes and create an office culture that enriched and provided growth opportunities for the all.

We were able to develop structures and procedures that allowed for repeatable results, regardless of the employees that carried them out. These are just a few examples of the support and guidance I can provide any business.
