About Me
My name is Kevin Green and I work with business leaders to design and implement their ideal business culture. I take a hands on, collaborative approach to help leaders understand and guide their team. I work with ALL employees to understand the workplace dynamics and prescribe methods to create a more cohesive environment.
Establishing and maintaining the right business culture is difficult, but not impossible. Leaders are responsible for defining, and then emulating, the habits they want to see in their employees.
Quite often it is difficult for leaders to truly understand what is going on with their employees. The reason isn’t a lack of empathy, but often a lack of time or experience. Being so busy working IN the business leaves little time for working ON the business.
It is also difficult for people to give a completely unedited view of your job to the person who signs the checks. Fear of retribution, real or imagined, can squelch even the boldest of employees.
This is where I come in. By conducting empathy interviews with each and every employee I am able to give them a voice they might not have had. From there I translate the employee concerns to actionable items for the owner; attacking problems not people.
